Fall of the Cove: Book 3 of The Elliot Lake Series
As summer comes to a close on the Oregon Coast, the leaves begin to change color, the cool winds of fall send a chill through the air, and the people of the Cove start dropping like flies.
With her people unused to disease, Sky turns to the only outsider she trusts, Alder Bay reporter Elliot Lake.
During his investigation, Elliot finds out the people of the Cove have no insurance, illegal papers giving them Canadian citizenship, and plenty of cash. Torn between his love for the still very married Sky and the realization she has been lying to him about pretty much everything, his doubt is pushed aside when Sky’s daughter Meadow ends up in the hospital.
Meadow has always been his special baby bug, and when doctors discover she doesn’t have the flu but was poisoned, Elliot is ready to battle the evil that has entered the Cove.
